Talent & HR Manager
Location: NW Washington DC Area (Onsite Monday - Friday)
Compensation:
$140,000 to $160,000 base plus bonus and stock options

As the Talent & HR Manager, you’ll report directly to executive leadership and serve as a trusted advisor and hands-on builder. You'll lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and HR operations with the support of an agile, innovation-driven team.
What You’ll Own
- Build a World-Class Team: Lead domestic and global recruitment efforts, from sourcing to offer, attracting top talent across key business units.
- Drive Strategy with Leadership: Collaborate directly with executives to align people strategy with business objectives.
- Scale Rapidly: Forecast headcount, optimize sourcing tools and ATS systems, and construct efficient, scalable hiring processes.
- Mentor & Lead: Guide internal recruiting teams and create development plans that help them grow with the organization.
- Be a Cultural Architect: Shape and champion a culture centered around excellence, accountability, and innovation.
You’re a Fit If You Have:
- 10+ years of HR, recruitment, and people leadership experience
- A track record of hiring both domestically and internationally
- Experience in high-tech, telecom, aerospace, or similarly fast-paced industries
- Fluency in ATS platforms, job boards, compensation benchmarking, and U.S. labor laws
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical level
- A Bachelor’s degree (required); advanced degree or certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) strongly preferred
- U.S. residency and the ability to travel occasionally
