Night Shift Manufacturing Supervisor
Base Salary: $65,000 to $85,000
Location: NW Indianapolis Area
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Effective communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in a dynamic environment.
- Flexible, proactive self-starter with a team-oriented mindset.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and resolve daily crewing assignments while ensuring safety through behavior-based observations and actions.
- Establish clear performance expectations and provide ongoing support to crews.
- Conduct regular process and quality checks throughout the shift to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Troubleshoot issues and guide crews in overcoming performance challenges.
- Collaborate with department management to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Actively participate in Continuous Improvement projects to enhance operational outcomes.
