NetSuite ERP Implementation Manager
Base Salary: $100,000 to $140,000
Location: Remote
The ERP Implementation Program Manager will report to senior leadership and oversee the planning, execution, and management of ERP integration projects, specifically focusing on NetSuite. This role requires extensive experience in ERP systems and will ensure seamless integration with other business applications to enhance operations and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of NetSuite integration projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and execute integration strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring data consistency and process efficiency across systems.
- Oversee technical integration aspects, such as API management, data migration, and workflow automation.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges.
- Track and analyze project progress, providing updates to senior leadership and adjusting plans as needed.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
- Coordinate training sessions for end-users and offer ongoing support to facilitate successful adoption of integrated systems.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, specializing in ERP systems integration with a strong focus on NetSuite.
- NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer) are preferred.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
- Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite functionalities, API integrations, and related technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP).
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and leading change management initiatives.
